1. Current website state
This launch draft has no enquiry form, account system, advertising pixel or behavioural analytics. The hosting provider may create limited technical logs needed to serve and protect the website. Paid checkout is not active.
2. Information used when sales open
When an order is placed, the Provider may receive and use:
- buyer name, email, product, amount, currency and order reference;
- payment status and limited transaction information supplied by Stripe;
- delivery, access, support, cancellation and refund correspondence; and
- technical records needed to investigate access or security problems.
The Provider does not receive or store the buyer's complete card number from Stripe.
3. Why information is used
- to process and confirm an order;
- to deliver and maintain purchased access;
- to answer support, cancellation, refund or legal requests;
- to prevent misuse and protect the service; and
- to keep records required for tax, accounting and dispute handling.
4. Providers and international processing
Stripe will process payment information under its own privacy terms. The final policy must identify the actual hosting, delivery, email and storage providers, their purposes and any relevant international transfer safeguards before those services are enabled.
5. Retention
Order and accounting records are kept only for the period required by applicable law and legitimate dispute needs. Support and technical records are retained only while needed for the request, security or a documented legal requirement. Exact retention periods must be confirmed before checkout opens.
6. Cookies
This draft does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential cookies may be used by a future checkout, delivery or security service. Any optional tracking will require an updated notice and consent controls where applicable before it is enabled.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an explanation of processing, and may object or complain to a regulator. Some information may need to be retained for legal records or the establishment and defence of claims.
8. Contact and changes
The Provider's privacy email, postal address, country and relevant regulator information must be published before personal information is collected through paid ordering. Material changes will be dated and will not silently change the terms of an already completed purchase.
