Refund Policy

A buyer-friendly process for mistaken purchases, access problems and digital content that is faulty or materially misdescribed.

Last updated3 August 2026

1. Voluntary 14-day review window

In addition to rights provided by law, the Provider intends to offer a good-faith refund review when a buyer asks within 14 days of purchase and the product is not a reasonable fit. The aim is to resolve genuine mistakes without an argument. A short explanation helps improve the description, but a long justification is not required.

A full refund may be refused where substantial material has been downloaded, copied, completed or shared, where access has been abused, or where repeated purchases and refunds indicate misuse. In those cases the Provider will still consider a fair partial refund, access correction or another reasonable remedy.

2. Faulty, unavailable or misdescribed content

If purchased content cannot be accessed, is materially incomplete, contains a verified error affecting its stated technical baseline or differs materially from the checkout description, contact support. The Provider will first try to restore access, correct the material or provide an equivalent delivery route within a reasonable time. If that is not practical, an appropriate full or partial refund will be offered.

3. Platform changes and results

A later Roblox Studio, Luau, API or policy change is not automatically a defect when the product clearly stated its tested baseline and review date. Refunds are not based solely on moderation decisions, discovery, player counts, retention, rankings, Robux, revenue, employment or other results the product does not guarantee.

4. How to request a refund

Email the support address shown at checkout with the buyer name, order email, product, Stripe receipt reference and a brief description of the request. Do not send card details. Requests are acknowledged as soon as reasonably possible, with a target of two business days.

5. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing time is outside the Provider's control. Access may be closed when a full refund is issued, and refunded materials and credentials must not continue to be copied, used or shared.

6. Statutory rights

This voluntary policy does not limit remedies or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If mandatory local law gives the buyer a more favourable remedy, that law applies.
